Sausage Sandwich Topper Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 medium bell peppers, sliced (mix of red and yellow peppers)
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 jar of Uncle Bo¹s Roasted Red Pepper Tour
Directions
- In a medium skillet, sauté sliced peppers and onions in olive oil until tender.
- Add Uncle Bo¹s Roasted Red Pepper Tour sauce.
- Simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Serve on top of sausage sandwiches or add to your own favorite salad or sandwich.
