Steak a la Pizzaiola

Ingredients

  • 4 cuts of favorite steak (Sirloin, Strip Steak, Delmonico)
  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese (either sliced or shredded)
  • 1 (26 oz.) jar of Uncle Fred’s Fireworks Sauce
  • oregano to taste

Directions

  1. Either broil or fry steak to your liking, season to taste.
  2. While steak is cooking, heat Uncle Fred’s Fireworks sauce.
  3. Transfer cooked steak to a baking dish and cover with preheated Fireworks sauce, adding a pinch of oregano.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 3 – 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
